Machines: MTE series

The core of the MTE series is a centralized module, which always rotates in a pendulum movement of 90°. So the two print heads alternate between one of the inking systems or they move over the work-piece that is waiting for the printing process. This is where the decisive advantage of the MTE principle lies.

The print image holder does not have to be moved when the relevant traversing unit is used, but the two pads are precisely controlled and with perfect registration. The work-piece only has to be fixed in positions once, using the X-Y table, and remains in this position during the entire printing process.

Using a single work-piece holder ensures that precise alignment is only required once. The work-piece then remains fixed in this aligned position during the two-colour process. This process guarantees increased positioning and repetability accuracy.
