The machining centers TK 429 V are very wide machines whose Y capacity is 2000. Standard capacity in X is 4000, 6500, 8200. The machining centers TK 429 V are characterize by vacuum beds to work sheets of aluminium, composite, stainless steel, etc

Special fabricated and welded steel bed frame with finish machined, linear recirculating ball slideways on X axis. Double precision rack and pinion axis motion driven by Brushless motors with a rapid-traverse rate of 70 meters per minute.

Casted bridge gantry complete with linear recirculating ball slideways for Y and Z axis, precision rack (Y) and recirculating ball screws (Z). Displacement by means of BRUSHLESS motors with maxi speed of 50 m/1’ (Y) and 30 m/1’ (Z).

Twin - machine divided into two areas for lengths from 6500 on. While the unit is machining on one side, the operator can safely load/unload the second work area thus reducing set up time increasing productivity.

Mist coolant system utilizing micro-drop technology.
