Konecranes manual hand chain blocks and manual lever pullers are excellent in any environment where electricity is impractical or not available. Completely without electronics, they are also an economical solution when there is no need for daily operation.

With a load range from 250 kg to 20,000 kg, our manual products are there to cover your lifting needs.

Safe and reliable hoists
We are well-known for the safety of our equipment, and our manual products are no exception. The compact design means reduced weight, which makes loads easier and safer to handle. A dual Pawl Weston-style brake with 2 friction discs provides 4 braking surfaces, and the brake is totally enclosed to maximise protection against dirt.

High-class safety and durability comes with galvanised grade 80 alloy steel load chain with high corrosion resistance. In addition, the open type chain drive mechanism allows simple inspection and cleaning.

Manual products adapted to your needs
With our manual products, you can choose either hook suspended models or products with I-beam trolleys. The trolleys are available with manual push or hand-geared chain operation.

You can easily install Konecranes hoists into your existing equipment. Their compact size and light weight means you can use your chain blocks and lever pullers in many different locations.

Some of our manual products are also available for hazardous environments.
