CleanAir's MET-80 Sorbent Trap Mercury Monitoring System provides accurate, NIST-traceable and repeatable mercury measurements with the highest level of confidence and availability available in the industry. The MET-80 is designed for continuous and efficient monitoring. Manufactured with mechanically simple and industry-tested parts, the system only requires a few hours per week to operate, helping to keep your operating costs predictable and manageable.
 
The MET-80 is built on the same powerful platform that includes MFM dual-channel gas sampling, compressor-based gas conditioning, National Instruments cRIO-based programmable automation controller. The MET-80 also uses CleanAir's preeminent METRIC ™ software.
 
For applications where space is limited and easy installation is essential, CleanAir also offers the MET-80 CLS. An even lower cabinet solution than the MET-80CL, the MET-80 CLS includes a small custom fiberglass enclosure (24 ”x 48” x 12 ”) that includes the same half inch of insulation as the MET-80 CL. It can be mounted on a wall or other accessible structure near the port location. It can also be left on the wheeled rack on the stack platform to move between units if needed.




The MET-80 autosampler consists of a dual gas sampling and conditioning system. The system is designed with mechanical redundancy in mind and includes two high precision dual range mass flow controllers and two high capacity diaphragm sampling pumps. Each sampling line has its own independent flow control valve and temperature and pressure measurement components. Some of the other design features include:
