Specifications:
Positive displacement, self priming, dosing, peristaltic pumps for medium pressures. Two rollers on a rotor compress alternating with each other a thick-walled hose in a patented concentric guide and push on account of the rotation the content of the hose (the pumped liquid) from the suction to the discharge side. Through the subsequent opening of the hose a vacuum on the suction side is created by which a continuous aspiration results. For sizes N1-N4, the rotor is supported by oversized ball bearings located inside the pump casing, while for sizes N5-N10 it is supported by the heavy duty bearings of the flanged geared reducer. The hose could be either extruded or nylon fiber or steel reinforced. All the pumps can be supplied in monobloc execution, fitted with geared motors, variable speed motors, electric, diesel, pneumatic or hydraulic motors; special executions with V-belt. Capacity and speed variation by means of pneumatic signal (3-15 psi) or electronic signal (4-20 mA) with built-in inverter.

As far as liquids are concerned, they are suitable to pump lime milk, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, eggs, chocolate, ice cream, milk, yogourth, diet products, food additives, industrial fluids, distilled water, shampoo, dyes, alcoohol, adhesives, enamels, paints, latex, suspended muds.
