NEXT Packaging, a Family-Owned Group Since 1973, Specializes in Custom and Standard Thermoformed Plastic Packaging for Food and Industrial Purposes   NEXT offers its expertise in the field of:   MANUFACTURING   With its three industrial production sites in France:

NEXT is capable of producing packaging in small, medium, and large series. The Picard and Air Forme sites are BRC (British Retail Consortium) certified, an international standard ensuring food safety and quality of the manufactured products.   NEXT produces packaging for various agri-food sectors:  
  • MEAT PRODUCTS (packaging for fresh meats, trays for sausages, packaging for foie gras)
  • BISCUITS AND PASTRY (supports for biscuits, log molds, entremets, frame molds...)
  • SNACKING AND CATERING (salad trays, bowls and plates with lids, packaging for cooked meals and takeaway food...)
  • DAIRY PRODUCTS (blister packs for cheese, pots for ultra-fresh desserts, thermoformed alveolar trays, hybrid hinge packaging...)
  • SEAFOOD (packaging for raw fish fillets, shellfish, crustaceans, packaging for appetizer shrimps, for cooked dishes...)
NEXT also works in packaging for other sectors such as:  
  • PARAPHARMACY (manufacture of storage bins, calibration trays for laboratories and pharmacies...)
  • COSMETICS (plastic blister type packaging, calibration for perfume box sets and POS displays)
  • INDUSTRY AND VARIOUS PACKAGING SOLUTIONS (manufacturing of thermoformed transport trays, conveying, supports for spirits and wines, POS displays...)

Furthermore, during the COVID pandemic, the NEXT group set up a sanitary mask manufacturing plant on its site in Charente. Named NEXT Safe, this entity was entirely created in a few months in response to the presidential injunction, to address the dramatic shortage of masks during the Covid-19 pandemic. NEXT Safe provides healthcare professionals with 100% made in France protection masks:
  • Type II and Type IIR surgical masks
  • FFP2 masks
  • UNS1 barrier masks
The raw materials used for mask production are made in France, to avoid the risk of stock shortages. The machines used for their manufacture are built in France. They are state-of-the-art equipment, capable of producing up to 250 masks per minute.

  DESIGN & CONCEPTION   NEXT also includes a design, conception, and prototyping agency through its entity MDP Design. With its innovation unit, MDP Design models projects in the form of 3D drawings and CAD and creates prototypes in its integrated workshop. MDP's major asset: the ability to consider industrialization imperatives throughout the technical project development.
