Paklet SW1 Series

The SW1 series is designed to meet the most cost effective pallet wrapping applications. The function of themachine is to easily and effectively wrap pallets with palletised goods on them, secured enough for transportation. The machine is fitted with a Manual Mechanical Core Braking Film Stretching System and threading film is simple and quick. Used in all industries.

Machine set-up is easy. Turntable rotation speed is variable. Film Carriage raise and lower speed is fixed. Film tension is adjusted by winding the spring tighter – more resistance to rotate the film rollers. Percentage stretch is achieved by the speed of the rotating pallet and the resistance of the film core braking system. Pallet height is measured automatically by Photocell. Two wrapping patterns are available. For the busy warehouse the machine is portable with fork truck lifting point’s front and rear of the machine. SW1 is CE marked for safety and performance.
