As pallets are used on a daily basis in warehouses, material handlers often don’t think about pallet handling safety. Damaged pallets and correct pallets are often mixed up in a stack. In order to guarantee an efficient supply chain, the company has to replace the damaged elements and form homogenous and functional pallet stacks in short lapses of time.

The pallet stacker enhances safety and productivity.

Scope of application

The pallet stacker is an essential and indispensable device for all kinds of warehouses or distribution centers with a large pallet turnover.

Operating principle

The pallet sorter piles, aligns pallets and facilitates picking up operations. It enhances productivity and profitability by eliminating the defective pallets.

The operator introduces a pallet stack in the sorter and the pallet stack is dumped at 90°. The operator manually sorts out the defective pallets and completes the stack with new ones.

The pallet stack is re-dumped at 90° and automatically adjusted.

By now, the operator can remove the sorted stack of pallets.
