Paramax® parabolic centrifuges

Paramax centrifuges for continuous operation to separate metal chips and metalworking fluids. The most economic alternative at a low throughput of up to 2,500 kg/hour.

The special shape of the drum means the patented sliding floor is not needed here. Features include a compact and service-friendly design while being simple and safe to use. The drying temperature is up to 98%.The wet, free flowing chips are fed into the centrifuge's inlet funnel and fall into the drum. The centrifugal force presses the chips against the drum wall and they then find their way up onto the bar screen. This is where the solids separate from the fluids.

The dry chips are carried over the drum wall and leave the centrifuge by going down into a chip container or on an extracting conveyer belt. The projected fluids can be fed back into the operating machine for reuse or pumped back into a cooling fluid cleaning system.
