Wide range of plastic materials

The bag can be made with normal side weld or skirt welded in a wide range of plastic material such as :

• Polyethylene
• Polypropylene
• Oriented polypropylene
• Laminated films
• Biodegradable plastic

Choice of fastening solutions :

Supplied without a closure, the bag can be closed in different ways :

• By heat sealing
• By a metallic clip integrated on paper bags : Tin-tie bag
• By a twist tie fitted on automated machines or manually

Packaging mode :

With or without a Wicket or Thurling flap, you can pack manually or on automated machines.

Tamper-proof bag :

Once filled, the bag can be sealed to be made tamper-proof. In order to open it easily, some options can be added:

• Notches
• Perforated tear line

Re-closable bag :

The bag is not fitted with zip or slider but it can be closed with a seal, twist tie or adhesive flap.

Better visibility of your products on display :

• Flexographic or gravure printing in up to 8 or 10 colours.
• Reinforced suspension hole
• Inserted or welded hook
• Bottom gusset for bulky items
• Choice of card base for stand-up display

Uses :

The plastic bag without closure is used widely to pack single-use items such as baguettes, sauces, food in small sachets, stationery products, DIY items (brushes, sponges…), and components for furniture assembly, textile items.

With a twist tie, the bag becomes re-usable. It is used widely in bakery, confectionery and biscuit trades.
