The news of AGTOS GmbH

Variety of blast wheel blasting technology

avril 14, 2023

Shot blasting machines
It is not only possible to remove rust, paint and burrs from a wide variety of workpieces. Many customers also use this process for roughening or hardening.

The choice of abrasive, the power of the blast wheels, their arrangement and distance from the workpiece and their speed all influence the process. This is where the know-how lies. Added to this are the quantities and properties of the materials to be processed.

AGTOS has reference machines in operation worldwide - certainly also in your area!

New Trumpf laser system at the Konin plant was put into operation.

mai 06, 2022

Shot blasting machines
The TruLaser from Trumpf will bring a significant improvement in energy efficiency. For example, power consumption will be reduced by up to 50% compared to the previous machine. This fits in well with the sustainability concept that is currently being implemented at AGTOS. In addition, set-up times will be reduced. This enables even more flexible production of different sheet metal blanks. The software-technical connection and the possibilities of optimal program-technical preparation are also optimised. Thus, another important building block for the economic production of our shot blast machines could be completed.
