The Dynaco D-313 CL4 is the world’s first high-speed door certified for use in ISO 14644-1 Class 4 environments, following independent testing conducted by the Fraunhofer Institute. This recognition confirms Dynaco’s ability to meet the highest standards in contamination control.

The D-313 CL4 is a high-speed roll-up door specifically developed for high-performance cleanroom applications. It combines exceptional airtightness, high pressure stability, and minimal particle emission, supporting reliable processes in critical environments.

Its ultra-compact design allows easy integration in space-constrained areas and makes it particularly suitable for interlocks, airlocks, and critical cleanroom transition zones.

Independent testing by the Fraunhofer Institute has confirmed that the D-313 CL4 is suitable for use in ISO 14644-1 Class 4 environments. Its high-performance sealing system limits air leakage, stabilizes pressure zones, and reduces the risk of cross-contamination.

The pressure-resistant flexible PVC curtain ensures reliable operation in both overpressure and underpressure conditions, while effectively blocking particles, temperature differences, and humidity variations.

Designed for intensive cleanroom operation, the D-313 CL4 features low-friction side guides, a self-reinserting flexible curtain, and a motor fully integrated in the drum.
