Inadequate lubrication is at the core of the majority of bearing problems. Additionally, lubrication must be selected according to specific criteria regarding the mode of operation and must be validated through long and comprehensive testing. Some environments or applications tend to add more constraints that may seriously interfere with the ability to achieve proper lubrication and shall require the use of specific lubricants.
