The news of SP GROUP

We begin 2021 with the announcement of a new success for our company. We are referring to the new rPET BLACK, a thermoformable mono-layer film made from 100% post-consumer recycled material, of which more than 50% comes from PET food trays. The feature that differentiates it from rPET, which we presented some time ago, is that it is made with black masterbatch that can be detected with NIR spectroscopy in sorting plants, making it possible to identify and sort the trays for recovery, recycling and their reincorporation into the manufacturing process.   Our new success and case in point is ANNE DE BRETAGNE, a French company that chose this new rPET BLACK for several of its products, principally cold cuts. Our client was looking for a sustainable material, but with a unique, attractive look. They were particularly keen on the black tray, so we knew we had to offer them a material that was perfectly suited to their needs.   SP GROUP is very happy with the success of this packaging, and for us it is a huge satisfaction to have met the expectations of the client.
