This variable height mobile workstation is used to assemble and test electro-optical assemblies. The cart’s platform features a standard breadboard while provisions for the end user’s test equipment provides the necessary framework for a fully functioning ergonomic mobile work station. The cart’s platform can be raised and lowered to each operator’s unique preference. Removable fences retain the load when in transport; removal allows for easy transfer to adjacent work surfaces. A set of quick exchange batteries eliminates downtime required for charging. One set of batteries is used to power the lift while a second set charges on supplied off-line chargers. A set of soft tread casters protects sensitive payload from vibration during transport.
