We were already using the toughest polyurethane resins and best pigments in our formulation, so we had to look beyond. After extensive testing and trials, our paint chemists created the best ‘single pack’ concrete floor paint on the market.

What makes it the best?
Our new formulation delivers levels of durability, adhesion and scratch resistance never seen before. Our Concrete Floor Paint formulas are now twice as abrasion resistant than before, as well as 400% harder, and more scratch resistant than a competitor product. But that's not all, it also has 50% better adhesion, meaning that it will last longer and leave more time between repainting.
 
What about colour?
Our customers have come to expect a wide choice of colours, and will now enjoy an even broader range in our Anti-Slip and Matt Concrete Floor Paints. Along with our new formulation, we’ve also modified a few of our colours and will be happy to help you find the one you’re looking for. In addition we’ve also tested all shades to make sure they fall within RAL guidelines where a RAL number is quoted.

We’ve been working tirelessly redeveloping our Epoxy Gloss Coat floor paint to exceed your expectations. Our paint chemists created a unique new formulation based on a two-pack epoxy resin. We then put it through rigorous testing to ISO standards to make sure we were bringing you the best.

What makes it the best?
Our new formula, with a blend of superior resins, brings you a paint that’s 40% harder wearing than our previous formulation and 3 times harder than a competitor’s. That means it lasts longer, delivering the value for money for you’ve come to expect from Watco. Our paint is also 20% glossier, leaving an attractive finish that lasts year after year.
 
How do I know it's tough?
To make some of the toughest paint, we put it through its paces during testing. That’s why all grades carry Mark EN1504-2. The test results showed superior abrasion, scratch and impact resistance and impressive adhesion, hardness and flexibility. It’s everything you need to coat and protect floors for the future.
 
Dries faster
Our new formula is not only tough, it dries faster than before. So fast, in fact, that you can apply two coats in just one day. Matt and hygienic finishes
Our new formulation also comes in a matt finish to reduce glare and cover up minor imperfections in concrete floors. In addition, we also offer hygienic grade paint with silver ion technology for areas where cleanliness and hygiene are as important as a hard-wearing finish.

Concrex Carbon Fibre is a premium epoxy resin mortar designed to permanently repair damaged concrete floors. Because of the new carbon fibre and ceramic based formulation, it is now even stronger, more chemical resistant and dries even faster.

All Concrex Carbon Fibre repairs should be considered permanent, and will outlast the surrounding concrete floor. With a 20 year guarantee against impact and abrasion failure, Concrex Carbon Fibre provides peace of mind that the repair will last.
 
Resin rich
As well as being reinforced with carbon fibre and ceramic, the new formula is resin rich, having been loaded with epoxy to give you an even stronger, more permanent repair than the original Concrex – already the strongest on the market.
 
Quicker & easier repairs
Fast drying, the repair is ready for traffic again in 1 hour. The product can also be feather edged, making repairs quicker and easier , while interlocking sand particles further help it to achieve a stronger and smoother finish.
 
Excellent chemical resistance
A 15% increase in the novolac resin content of the product ensures repair jobs are unaffected by chemical spillages. This is a huge advantage over cement-based repair mortars, which can react to multiple acidic chemicals.

Watco ArmourGrip is the ultimate anti slip protection for your floors. We've combined two of the toughest materials to give you an ultra-durable safety floor surface that can be used inside or out.
 
We’ve taken our toughest paint coating and an incredibly tough iron silicate aggregate (7.5 Mohs Hardness Scale) and combined the two to produce the hardest wearing, anti slip coating on the market. This 100% solids epoxy formulation gives the perfect combination of strength, durability and slip resistance.
 
When safety is everything, you need an anti slip coating that you can rely on. The iron silicate surface utilises different particle sizes to give it extreme slip resistance. Combine that with the fact it’s incredibly strong and what is the result? A durable anti slip surface that doesn’t wear away.

Long Lasting
Formulated to last in the most heavy trafficked environments, ArmourGrip is made from a 100% solids epoxy topped with an incredibly tough iron silicate aggregate that will not wear through – in fact the forklift tyres will wear through before the coating does!
 
Topped with Iron Silicate
We’ve combined two of the toughest materials to give you a unique, ultra-durable surface. To maximise on strength and slip resistance we’ve used a by-product of the metal refining process known as Iron silicate. Measuring 7.5 on the Mohs Mineral Hardness Scale demonstrating it’s incredible strength.
 
Ultimate slip resistance
ArmourGrip’s excellent slip resistance properties are a result of using grit particle sizes between 0.15mm and 2mm combined with the Iron silicate. The PTV results prove excellent slip resistance (PTV: Dry 94.5, Wet 80), which exceed our current anti slip bestsellers.
 
One coat, no primer
Our goal is to make application quick and easy. This 100% solids epoxy needs only 400 microns of epoxy resin before being topped with 200 microns of the iron silicate aggregate to give you an anti-slip, maintenance free, attractive black finish.
