All our ALLROUNDER machine range can be equipped for silicone processing (LSR or solid). The thermoplastic cylinder module is replaced by a specific one for silicone, water regulated. Peripheral equipment such as LSR dosing pump, mould heating zones or vacuum pump are integrated in the machine control unit for a complete production control.
The machine control unit includes all necessary modification such as specific symbols for material reticulation.
LSR cylinder modules can be used on monocomponent machines alternatively with standard thermoplastic cylinders or as a second injection unit on a polycomponent machine. A micro-injection LSR module is also available for production of micro LSR-parts.
