Presentation

The TGC protective case is ideal for protecting your thermal printers during labelling operations.

The case is shock resistant and provides physical and thermal protection. It is also suitable for large format printers.

Features :

Body of the protective case made from a single thermoplastic thermoformed element allowing the front, side and rear faces to be obtained in the same structure.

Walls made of 10 mm thick composite material, dyed in the mass to guarantee the protection and watertightness of the protection cell.

Connections: one 80 mm diameter cable duct.

VENTILATION :

The ventilation and suction systems allow to :

Suction, filtering and pressurising the interior volume.

Create an air flow when the enclosure is opened and thus an active barrier preventing the entry of dust.

Left side panel :

Suction port equipped with a filter to retain the dust.

Rear side:

ECA (fan behind a grille with filter).

The computer equipment is switched on at the same time as the enclosure (fan) is switched on by means of a switch.

Right side panel: Handling :

Lateral access to the thermal printer.

Opening and closing of the enclosure:

Hinged side panel, mounted on a piano hinge and closed by two clamp latches.

Thermoformed lid with PVC reinforcement to ensure panel strength:

Closing of the lid on the flap by fitting against the sealing strips.

Mounted on hinges and opening assisted by two pneumatic cylinders.

Front panel:

Access to the printer controls and labels on the front panel via a 6 mm thick PMMA (transparent thermoplastic) flap.
