PUROMER Systems are available in ranges of hardness between approximately 10 Shore A to approximately 50 Shore D.
The compact outer skin is characteristic of this PUR group. It is achieved without deploying CFC as a foaming agent. For pore formation HFC, pentane, and/or water are used.
The fire-protected systems required for aeroplanes and railways are composed without halogen.

For one of our automotive products, we are currently looking for a suitable solution to prevent damage caused by cleaning chemicals. In certain cases, these chemicals can penetrate the product along an elongated area on the B?side. Conventional coating solutions have so far proven insufficient, partly due to long curing times. Our OEM has therefore recommended evaluating the use of foams.
