Semi-Automatic Labelling Machine for Tubes - Ninette Tube Model

The "Ninette Tube", which is designed by CDA, is a semi-automatic labelling machine that can be used to apply adhesive labels on hollow tubes (for example, for silicone, toothpaste, hair gel, lubricant, etc.).
It can apply wrap-around paper or plastic labels. It can be equipped with a detector cell for transparent labels.
This machine avoids the need to have large stocks of pre-printed tubes, thereby offering greater production flexibility. It can also be equipped to label products of varying formats.

Table-top semi-automatic labelling machine comprising:
- 1 labelling station Machine operating on 220V 50HZ or 110V 60HZ single-phase mains supply;
- Compressed air required: 3 bar;
- Option of installing ultrasonic label detector cells for transparent acetate labels;
- Application of 360° wrap-around labels with a minimum width of 30mm (validate the paper quality);
- Standard labelling height up to 190 mm;
- Option of integrating a batch marking system;
- Machine that can label 15 products/minute depending on the operator;
- The machine can be supplied with a frame on caster wheels to make it easy to move.
