HM Machinery 's new HS ERGO sheet folding machine range has been completed with a highly efficient motorized option thanks to a new and patented lower deck cylinder system.

These models have the unique feature that they can be operated either manually when folding sheet metal, or with the new motorized system when folding thicker sheet metal.

The new range of ERGO semi-motorized sheet metal bending machines has been designed ergonomically, taking into account the operator. All models have a very competitive price and are an excellent economical alternative to manual or motorized folders.

A hydraulic unit powered by 240 V is located on the base of the machine, with a jack attached to the movable lower deck. This allows both the power folding of larger parts, or the normal manual folding option for smaller or more complex parts.

Accessories: rear stop and spoke punch R = 1.5 mm and R = 2.5 mm.

The HS-2AS ERGO is a 2.75 mm capacity folder made of mild steel with a working length of 1020 mm.
