As part of the SYSTEMPACK side-feed shrink wrappers, the “SPK 4603/a” shrink wrapper with its “SPK 9604” retractile tunnel comes with a fully automatic wrapping and shrinking system for medium / large and heavy weight products.

Allowing bundling of products before wrapping, with or without lower tray, this shrink wrapper is used for the retractability of: beverage containers or foodstuffs sets, plastic containers, glass or metal cans, bulk products; or in grouping on cardboard tray or other material ...

Designed to incorporate side welders for closing all four faces prior to retraction, this shrink wrapper is equipped with:
  • An electric, mechanical and pneumatic control system integrated in PLC Mitsubishi
  • A specially designed welder to achieve a perfect straight and without adhesion cut
  • A conveyor belt with adjustable speed
  • A tunnel with variable speed conveyor
  • Silicone-coated steel cylinders
