Perfect Mitre Cuts :
Thanks to this patented innovation, you can now use the cross-cut fence and the rip fence on the T60 PreXision to execute every mitre cut in the ideal way for your job and the processed workpiece. You are the one who decides how the workpiece is going to be processed, not the machine. T60 PreXision gives you this unique advantage. Just as on the T60 Classic, your work is supported by a modern touchscreen control. Function menus specifically adapted to the capabilities of the T60 PreXision increase the performance range of this machine, making even tasks like cutting dovetail joints child's play. The touchscreen control can do even more: for complex processes, it provides intuitive menus that guide you step by step through the work process. The integrated calculated facilitates calculations needed for entering measurements.
Optimum Mechanical Design :
On all T60 models, important mechanical components such as the edging table, the cross-cut fence, and the rip fence are made of high-quality material and are very durable. The rip fence runs on a ball bearing and can be adjusted directly from the operator position as on the T60 Classic. The maximum cutting height on the T60 PreXision is 72 mm (2.8”). To enable an optimum view on the saw blade and workpiece, the PreXision makes use of a blade guard at the riving knife; the maximum blade diameter is 315 mm (12”). Thanks to the ProLock quick-release system, the main saw blade can be replaced within seconds. As the control offers a tool menu for ten tools, the cutting height and width do not need to be referenced after replacing the blade. The PreXision can be equipped with an optional scoring unit whose scoring height and position can easily be set while the machine is running.
