AD500 Industrial Spray Valve – High-Precision Full Round Jet
The AD500 spray valve is an industrial dosing and spraying solution designed for the precise application of liquid products. Thanks to its full round jet, it guarantees a homogeneous, mist-free spray, ideal for production environments requiring cleanliness, consistency, and a high-quality finish.
Made of stainless steel, the AD500 valve combines robustness, durability, and precision, while remaining an economical solution for industrial applications. Adjustments are quick and easy:
product inlet pressure,
atomizing air pressure,
adjustable opening control pressure between 5 and 7 bar,
distance between the nozzle and the workpiece.
An adjustment knob located on the top of the valve allows for fine-tuning the spray pattern to achieve perfectly controlled application, even in sensitive applications requiring an impeccable finish.
