Standard N-EUPEX elastic couplings

Principle:

An industry standard for more than 35 years, N-EUPEX fingertip couplings find their use in general mechanics when efficient power transmission is sought with compensation for average misalignments.
 
Application areas :

GV or PV connection in general mechanics such as pumps, fans, belt or screw conveyors, mixers, driers, generators, etc.

Characteristics :

Modular construction and made of gray cast iron GG25, this so-called standard version is positive safety for maximum operational reliability.

It is available in 10 models and 23 sizes for 19 to 62,000 Nm of torque. The basic version comes with elastic rubber elements (Perbunan) with a hardness of 80 Shore A which are suitable for most environments industrial. For specific needs, the elastic members may be provided with different hardnesses and / or other material.
For applications in explosive atmospheres, the different versions (except the versions for braking systems) are available on request with a mark according to the 94/9 / EC directive (ATEX 95) for the gas (2 and 3) and dust zones. (21 and 22) as well as for underground applications (M2).
