In anodising, we place particular emphasis on occupational safety, environmental protection and quality. Our well-trained team and modern technology ensure that these requirements are met. The anodising line in Halver, which was renewed from the ground up, enables excellent results in surface finishing. Mr Thomas Lauff has efficiently coordinated various processes here in order to reliably process individual parts, small and large series.

Anodising offers many advantages, as untreated aluminium can develop undesirable oxide layers when exposed to air. Controlled anodising creates a protective oxide layer on the surface of the aluminium part that protects against corrosion as long as the surface remains undamaged. This oxide layer can be up to 30 µm thick and has a decisive influence on the appearance of the product.
