The VDCI MC tank bottom leak chamber valve is intended to cut off the tank from the rest of the process circuit.
  • From DN38 to DN104
  • Mass flange with weldable lips
  • Visualisation of the leak via a pilot-operated microvalve
  • No loss of product on opening
  • Possible adaptation of a LED ACS control box
  • As an option, possibility of a stem steam bearing
  • Possibility of a second microvalve to clean the leak chamber without lifting the plugs.
  • Enables tank to be shut off from rest of process circuit
  • Shape of body and plug ensuring leaktightness as close as possible to the tank wall without retention zone
  • Cleaning of leak chamber by lower plug lifting
  • Fitted with a floating PFA seal ensuring excellent cleanability
