Polyamide/Polypropylene blend.

Terez® PA/PP blends represent a new product generation with polyamide-like properties, however with the added advantage of lower moisture absorption resulting in higher dimensional stability. In addition the PA/PP blends exhibit higher impact strength even in freshly molded condition. In a direct comparison to polyamide the Terez® PA/PP blends show a more constant mechanical property profile, even after conditioning.

The Terez® PA/PP blends are available in custom colorizations even in small order quantities. Laser markable color settings are available.

Processing can basically be done both by injection molding and extrusion. Generally, the PA/PP blend can be processed with injection molds designed for polyamide.
