PA6 or PA6.6 modified with PTFE (chemi-cally coupled). Optionally with or without glass fiber reinforcement.

The PTFE particles in our PTFE-modified PA products are substantially smaller than usual, very finely distributed in the material and chemically coupled. As a result the coefficient of friction is further improved. The chemical coupling enhances the durability of the molded components. In addition, instead of being compromised, the mechanical and thermal properties are actually partially improved.

Special Features

The compound's inherent color is between beige and white, which basically allows it to be colorized both light and dark. For example, safety components can be color-coded.
