NEW: SG1C pallet gate: safety for transferring pallets through a door

The SG1C tilting and rail-guided sliding pallet gate is a collective protection solution designed to secure areas where pallets are deposited and transferred through a door, particularly on mezzanines, industrial platforms and high-level storage areas.

Where a fire door or any other type of door is present in the pallet drop-off/collection area, it is not possible to install a barrier at the edge of the void, so as not to obstruct its opening and closing – the barrier must be installed at a certain distance back from the edge. The new SG1C barrier is designed to address this constraint.

Thanks to its rail-guided sliding system, the gate moves back and forth on the mezzanine to secure the opening during handling operations whilst allowing the door to close. Its smooth and ergonomic operation facilitates the transfer of pallets using a forklift or pallet truck, and helps prevent falls from height.

Bespoke-manufactured in France, the SG1C safety gate adapts to the layout of your facility and your industrial requirements. Its powder-coated steel structure is available in RAL 1003 (safety yellow), with other colours available on request.

Sturdy, reliable and easy to manoeuvre by hand, this safety airlock is designed to facilitate day-to-day handling operations without requiring significant effort.

The SG1C safety gate forms part of an approach to occupational risk prevention and collective protection against falls from height. It is tested and certified by TÜV SÜD Product Service GmbH, a German testing and certification body.

It has been designed to meet the requirements applicable to industrial safety equipment, taking into account the relevant regulations and standards in force in France.
