Presentation

The SG1 tilting safety gate is the ideal solution for providing optimum protection in areas where pallets are deposited at height on storage or manufacturing platforms, etc. Extremely flexible to handle, it can be adapted to different pallet loading situations (forklift, pallet truck, hoist).

Available as standard or custom-made, the standard version of this pallet gate is manufactured in powder-coated steel, but it can also be made in stainless steel or aluminium, depending on the customer's specifications. This is the basic version of the safety gate range, which can be adapted to different environments where there is sufficient height and depth to allow the safety lock to move.

The SG1 safety guard gate can be operated manually without great effort, and can be automated if required. To create a fully safe environment, the barrier can be equipped with a mesh guardrail.

The SG1 interlock railing is built in compliance with current standards and meets the requirements of CARSAT (occupational health fund) and INRS (French National Research and Safety Institute). It has been tested and certified by APAVE and TÜV SÜD Product Service GmbH (German inspection and certification body).

It is available in 3 versions, depending on the height of the loads: SG1-15, SG1-20 and SG1-24.
