UCC Particle Counter

The UCC Particle Counter is an on-line monitoring device that utilizes laser technology to accurately monitor the particle content as well as water and air in oil. Quick, accurate test results can be achieved with a 2-minute test cycle.

A higher degree of safety can be achieved by measuring contamination on-site. Early warnings prevent breakdown in critical systems, and reports can document compliance with manufacturers' warranty regulations.

Particles are measured by a photo diode. As the oil sample moves across the diode window, the amount of light loss is converted to a contamination level that is displayed in the handheld LCD. The result is presented in ISO or NAS standards, ready for hard copy printing or computer download.

The onboard computer allows storage of up to 300 test results.
