The large range of coextruder diameters of the Elipse C provides a response for ail coextrusion needs of pipes, profiles, sheets and plates. The Elipse C coextruders are designed for the transformation of all types of polymer, in particular: PVC, PE, PP, PA, ABS, PC, PS, PMMA, PET, TPE, TPU, PU, Fluoropolymers and technical polymers. They provide a plastification unit in L-form as seen above or in Z-form as on the reverse. The electrical control box carries a minimum 20% reserve for future expansions.
REDUCED ELECTRICAL CONSUMPTION :
AC motor with increased efficiency conforming to standard IE2, high output reducer direct transmission.
OVERSIZED AXIAL THRUST BEARING
Thrust bearing with a life expectancy of 20 years, based on being under a constant pressure of 400 bar.
HEATING AND COOLING :
The ceramic collars assure a rapid and homogenous température rise, the grooves on the barrel exterior guarantee extremely efficient cooling.
LOW MAINTENANCE :
All range equipped with AC motor with direct drive without belt or chain. Electrical wiring with guide marks CAB 3.
