Superflex™, a high-performance urethane rod seal from Greene, Tweed, is an unloaded U-cup seal that outperforms loaded U-cup seals. Greene, Tweed uses a proprietary urethane that has the lowest compression set in the industry. Greene, Tweed's engineering experts created the Superflex's unique geometry utilizing finite element analysis (FEA).

This exceptional design results in optimized squeeze and lubrication pockets for dry operation and low friction, unique heel angle for contamination resistance, secondary lip seal for excellent low-temperature performance, and rugged material for long life.
