UV doming material

The deposition of a transparent resin dome makes the image not only unalterable by protecting it from scratches, dust, liquids, shocks ... but also more "intense" and more attractive thanks to a three-dimensional effect.

Simple, fast and non-toxic, the process brings real added value to the labels, unrelated to the cost of its implementation.

The doming can be applied on all shapes (squares, rounds, ovals ...) and on many supports (adhesive materials, metals ...).
 
UV resin
 
UV resin is an alternative to polyurethane resin. Its main advantage is that it is easier and faster to use. The implementation cost is reduced thanks to the time saving obtained. Very fast UV curing ensures immediate availability of domed labels. In addition, once the two components are mixed, the UV resin can be kept for 5 days in the fridge.
 
Material characteristics
 
Our doming system is the only one on the market, versatile and maintenance-free, making it possible to carry out a small series in a few minutes or a large production in a few hours. Thanks to the simplicity of their technology, our machines are reliable, quick to set up and economical.
 
Applicators
 
Easy to use, they allow the production, in small or large series, of simple or more complex shapes.
They allow to control any form of label, in a simple and intuitive way, by a manual or automatic control of the quantity of resin deposited.
 
Several models are available :
 
E34 with dosage by pedal and incorporated compressor.
E1000 semi-automatic model works in two modes:
- manual: control of the quantity deposited by pressing the pedal for a longer or shorter time
- semi-automatic: adjustment of the casting time corresponding to a label volume.
E1000E automatic model 3 operating modes:
the previous two + automatic: adjustment of the casting time and adjustment of the casting interval.

UV oven
 
It allows the UV resin to polymerize. Different sizes are available.
