Presentation

The SG4 vertically sliding safety gate is particularly popular where workspace depth is restricted, as it allows loading and unloading not only from the front, but also from three sides.

It operates on the principle of an inverted double sash: when the guardrail on the void side is closed, the one on the mezzanine side is open, and vice versa.

Its kinematics allow a use on shallow platforms or even in corridors.

When the pallet gate is open on the edge side, the front guardrail is in a raised position and the rear guardrail is closed and touches the floor. The operator can load from the ground floor. On the mezzanine floor, the operator slides the rear guardrail to open it, which closes the front guardrail and allows the operator to unload. The pallet is accessible from three sides.

This safety loading gate has been approved by TÜV SÜD Product Service GmbH and APAVE (French leading company in risk managment and safety training). It is available in different widths, depths and heights on request.
