The VS 2000 is a screwing machine designed and manufactured by CDA. This capper allows to orientate and feed automatically the caps on the containers then to screw them. This screwing machine is equipped with a fully enclosed stainless steel frame.

The VS 2000 is adapted to a wide variety of caps. Depending on the cap to be screwed, our team will adapt the screwing system of the machine. The VS 2000 is suitable for caps with grooves, smooth hinged caps, caps with integrated lid, childproof caps...

The VS2000 is easy to use since it is controlled with an intuitive touch screen. Also, this screwer can work independently or can be integrated to an existing packaging line.
