THIMONNIER’S standard aseptic packing technology in its thp models ensures that uht products can be stored for 1 to 3 months at room temperature (outside of the cool-chain).
 
The latest technology used for the THP aseptic models (actuators, automation, aseptic conditioning) meets all specifications for production rate and quality for the final product.
The THP 7100 / 7200 / 7300 (1, 2 or 3 filling spouts) are completely controlled by actuators for greater flexibility of use and dosage precision at high speeds.

An anti-mix connection valve on the main milk packaging line and permanent monitoring of the sterile air exhaust and the CIP/SIP system ensure sterility without the need for disassembly.
The pouches are filled with sterile air injected from a buffer tank that is under constant pressure and equipped with a proportional valve and a level sensor.

The THP models are built from stainless steel, including their frames (304L & 316L for the parts that come into contact with the product).

Automatic packer: The THP models can come equipped with an
automatic pouch packing system with a counter.

Temp. = 20°C - 30°C Steam pressure: P = 4 bars - Q1 = 0.5 kg/h during production - Q2 = 42 kg/h during SIP Hydrogen Peroxide: 0.5 L / 10,000 pouches for production - 1.4 litres for sterilisation Bag volume : 70 - 1 500 ml Rate of production : 2 500 - 13 500 PPH
