Sorters : Pop-Up

The Pop-Up sorter is an equipment that enables the sorting of flat-bottom loads such as cardboard boxes, trays or plates at a rate of up to 6 000 items/hour.

The aim of the equipment is to ensure sorting by a continuous handling principle with modules (up/down system with geared rollers) for parcel ejection over the sorting ramps.

The sorting ramps can be motorized within the parcel reception area in order to guarantee perfect extraction of the parcel from the sorting system.

MANUFACTURING CHARACTERISTICS

Command and tension :

The system consists of:

• A motorized belt conveyor

• Several ejection modules

Ejection Module

The ejection module is provided with an up/down system moved by a pneumatic valve and one or two geared roller rows for parcel ejection.

This module can be designed for exit to the right and/or to the left.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

• For the reachable conveyors placed between 800 mm and 2500 mm: Sheet metal panels easy to disassemble
