Operating Procedure:Connect the vise to a hydraulic line with a pressure of 500 bars (7250 psi).The movable jaw should be positioned manually closer than 3 mm (1/8”) of the part.The movable jaw has a clamping travel of up to 4 mm (3/16”).High pressure is activated by a foot pedal or by the CNC control of the machine causing the movable jaw to advance and to clamp the part. To unclamp the pressure is released.Clamping cycle consists of four phases: movement towards the part;high pressure clamping;releasing the part;return.Clamping pressure can be changed by controlling hydraulic pressure.
