The Litesizer Autosampler is an automation solution designed for the Litesizer DIA and Litesizer DIF particle size analyzers. It fully automates sample picking, transfer, and loading into the instrument in order to increase laboratory productivity, reduce manual intervention, and improve measurement reproducibility. The system allows operators to focus on higher-value tasks while analyses are performed automatically.
Capable of processing up to 60 samples per run, the autosampler handles both dry powders and liquid dispersions within the same measurement sequence. Users can define the desired measurement mode directly in the Kalliope software, significantly simplifying the organization of testing campaigns and reducing the risk of operator errors.
The system offers great flexibility thanks to the ability to add or prioritize samples even while a measurement sequence is already in progress. This feature allows urgent requests to be processed quickly without interrupting the entire analytical workflow. Operation is controlled via the intuitive Kalliope interface, which enables measurement sequences to be configured in just a few minutes and complete protocols to be repeated with a single click.
Based on collaborative robot (cobot) technology, the autosampler ensures safe operation in the laboratory while maintaining a compact footprint.
