“ Automate your DLS and zeta potential measurements on up to 80 samples to save time and improve the reliability of your analyses. ”
The Litesizer Cuvette Sampler is an automation system designed for the Litesizer DLS series particle analyzers. It significantly increases analytical throughput by fully automating cuvette loading and replacement, thereby reducing manual handling and freeing up time for result interpretation and method development.
Thanks to its collaborative robotic arm, the system can perform automated sequences of up to 80 cuvettes without supervision. This automation is particularly well suited for laboratories performing a high number of measurements of particle size, zeta potential, particle concentration, or molecular weight. The robot's collaborative design allows safe operation in the laboratory environment without requiring an additional safety enclosure.
System control is fully integrated into the Kalliope software, which enables users to plan measurement sequences, automatically assign analysis methods, and centralize result evaluation. Users can therefore create complex multi-sample studies while ensuring excellent reproducibility of analyses between different operators and laboratories.
The Litesizer Cuvette Sampler supports various types of cuvettes, including disposable, glass, quartz, and Omega cuvettes used for zeta potential measurements. This flexibility makes it possible to automate both routine analyses and research applications requiring specific optical configurations.
When combined with instruments from the Litesizer DLS range, the system automates particle size measurements by Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), zeta potential measurements by Electrophoretic Light Scattering (ELS), particle concentration, molecular weight, as well as certain transmittance and refractive index measurements depending on the instrument configuration. This automation improves productivity while ensuring high data quality and complete traceability of analyses.
