The big advantage of this synchronised cooling station mainly consists in its length. Having 6 metres of room, we are in a position to provide customers with a station able to operate perfectly as a “storage point” between the welding machine and the corner cleaner (including when large frames are being welded like those that can be welded on the larger version of the four-head welding machine).

This permits better exploiting the potential output capacity of the line and reducing to the utmost the occasions in which the welding machine has to automatically recover line synchronisation. The length of the station can change according to customer's demands.
