One example of challenging synthesis completion by DIVERCHIM

DIVERCHIM developed in-house the synthesis of NAD 556 (19 steps). The first key step is a photochemical reaction leading to the creation of a 6 fused rings scaffolds. A second key step is the creation of three asymmetric centers. This development was based on 3 FTE during 5 months.

CATALOG

Creation of novel building blocks, templates, scaffolds, privileged structures, small fragments or screening compounds is critical to maintain originality, diversity and intellectual properties in drug discovery, agrochemical or cosmetics programs. In this purpose, and with its in-house expertise and its new developed synthetic methodologies, DIVERCHIM produced 1,500 unique catalog compounds over the years.

These products represent over unique 500 chemical scaffolds that include among others lipid derivatives, steroids, heterocycles, cyclopropanes or spiro compounds. DIVERCHIM is thus proposing a high chemically diverse catalog compounds that can be ordered directly from milligrams to kilogram scale.

This catalog is in constant evolution to include regularly new innovative products coming from our internal research for new synthetic methodologies or new original structures.
