Small Wire Sizes at High-Speed :

All CrimpCenter models can process wire sizes down to 0.15 mm²(25 AWG). With the Thin Wire Processing Kit even smaller wire sizes down to 0.05 mm² (30 AWG) can be processed without compromising performance or quality.

Forget About Slowing Down Your Machine :

Feeding small wire sizes at high speed is often a problem due to the flexibility and light weight of thin wires. Bending and sometimes even blocking of the wire in the tube between belt feed and swivel arm may cause length inconsistencies, variances or in worst cases a production stop. In order to solve this problem, operators usually slow down the machine - not with the Thin Wire Processing Kit.

Schleuniger has developed a unique system that allows processing of very thin wires without having to reduce the feeding speed. A special injector nozzle creates an air stream within the tube - preventing thin wires from blocking or bending. The surrounding air flow supports the wire during the feeding process for highest length accuracy.
