RBSystem industrial cyclone microblasting machines (700 to 1500) are designed for surface treatment via sandblasting and microblasting, offering high performance, durability, and abrasive savings of up to 60%.
Featuring a 2 mm welded steel frame with an industrial paint finish, they guarantee excellent durability. Visibility is optimal thanks to high-brightness LED lighting and a large front window.
The cyclone system ensures dust separation and efficient abrasive recycling, keeping the media clean at all times and extending filter life. Blasting is performed using a steel gun equipped with a carbide nozzle.
Safety and ergonomics are at the heart of the design: double side doors with automatic sandblasting shutdown upon opening, foot pedal control, cotton-lined rubber gloves, and easy access to parts.
Available in several sizes (700 to 1500 mm), RBSystem microbead blasters are suitable for all types of parts and all types of abrasives: glass microbeads, corundum, etc.
