SENfluid is a distribution system for compressed air and neutral gases (argon, nitrogen) composed by aluminium alloy, glass-fibre reinforced plastic and anticorrosion treated steel.
Working pressure is from 0 bar to 14 bar and working temperature is from -20°C to +70°C. Sealing is made by quad-rings and o-rings NBR 70 Shore.

SENfluid piping system is particularly... Practical : for the assembling and disassembling no specific tools are required. Attachment is simply made by Allen key. Moreover the insertion of pipes in the fittings is very easy.

Light and resistant : the network or piping system (pipes and fittings) is composed by aluminium alloy, glass-fibre reinforced plastic and anticorrosion treated steel.

Reliable and performant : resistant to corrosion, thermal variation, and mechanical shocks. Very low pressure drop thanks to the low rugosity of internal surface of aluminium pipes. Water separating. Aluminium pipes with protective painting against water and condensation : pipe powder coat certified non-toxic, norm UNI 9983. Perfect sealing at the junctions and excellent resistance to pull out. Clamping indication and protection of the pipes by a blocking system of the screw. In compliance with directive 97/23/CE art.3.3 (PED : Pressure Equipment Directive).

Modular and flexible : Possibility of modulating and spreading your installation according to your needs. Adaptation to the typology of the plant : fittings are swivel.
