In its basic version, our DSA30 specializes in the accurate measurement of the contact angle of a liquid on a solid surface. The instrument assists you in ensuring the quality of coating and wetting processes with reliable functions and high-quality components.
We have designed our DSA30B for fast and convenient operation. The sample height can be accurately positioned thanks to the fine lift table drive. Furthermore, the dispensed drop can be carefully retrieved from the needle for gentle contact between sample and liquid. This prevents inaccurate measurement of the contact angle due to unintentional pre-wetting of the sample.
The fine adjustment of our manual dosing unit enables the drop size to be accurately controlled and therefore provides a good comparison of results. The quickly and easily replaceable syringe allows a rapid changeover between different liquids, and thus enables the instrument to achieve a high sample throughput.
In its basic version, the DSA30 features a high-resolution camera and a high-quality zoom lens for accurate portrayal of the drop with optimum size. The high image quality that this achieves leads to a precisely measured contact angle and ideal measurement results.
We provide extensive upgrade options for the DSA30B, for example to unit configurations S and E. These offer you software-controlled single or multiple dosing and software-controlled movement of the sample table.
