Elastoseal

Elastoseal EPDM is a unique, heat-sealable elastomeric membrane based on rubber polymer, specially designed for loose laid waterproofing on ballasted roofs. The membrane is spliced using standard hot wedge or hot air machines and also provides prefabricated pipe connections, skylight collars and corner pieces into a continuous elastic and extremely durable roof. Panels can be prefabricated to enable fast on-site installation.

EPDM is an elastic membrane which absorbs all movements in the construction regardless of ambient temperature and the age of the membrane. Elastoseal is chemically and thermally stable and has exceptionally good weatherability and longevity. There are no changes in strength or elasticity in the temperature range of -30° to +120° C.

Elastoseal roofing system is also tested and approved for usage as waterproofing membrane under vegetation and green roofs. Both the membrane and the seams are root resistant and there is no degradation from micro-organism. Elastoseal is solely installed by authorised contractors, backed up by Trelleborg Waterproofing. The longevity of the system and the fact that the product has low impact on the environment ensures a safe investment for the future.
