The rotary thd400 machine automatically fills and seals
preformed doypack® bags.
The bags are automatically transferred from the magazine to the retaining clamps placed on the carousel. They are then presented to the machine's 4 workstations where various operations are performed:
Opening, filling, sealing, cooling/discharge.
4-station carousel, which is rotationally controlled by servo-motors.
Bags held by sturdy, adjustable clamps for use with bags of different
shapes, ranging from 120-350 mm wide.
Bag opening system by air inflation and suction cup, with automatic pocket
detection.
Clamp opening and tension control by built-in pneumatic cylinders
Bi-active heat sealing system: independent temperature control on both jaws, chrome/anti-adhesive teflon treatment of jaws or teflon curtain, adjustable sealing pressure according to the bag material and dimensions.
The entire system is designed for quick and easy format changes (time estimated at 10 minutes).
